1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Nearest Edge Ltd ("Nearest Edge", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the Nearest Edge trading platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, accessing, or using the Nearest Edge platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend them at any time, with notice provided to registered users.
2. Eligibility
To use the Nearest Edge platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Nearest Edge Service is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Nearest Edge platform.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any person or entity that is subject to financial sanctions.

3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
To access the full functionality of the Nearest Edge platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep this information up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify Nearest Edge immediately at support@nearest-edge.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Nearest Edge will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to hold one Nearest Edge account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, Nearest Edge may require you to provide identity verification documents before activating live trading or processing withdrawal requests. This is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary measure.
4. Platform Services
Nearest Edge provides an AI-powered automated trading platform that enables users to execute trades across multiple financial instruments including, but not limited to, cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange pairs, commodities, and indices.
4.1 No Financial Advice
The information, tools, and signals provided by the Nearest Edge platform do not constitute financial advice. The platform is a technology service — not a financial adviser. All trading decisions, even those executed automatically, carry risk and should be considered carefully.
4.2 Service Availability
We aim to maintain the Nearest Edge platform continuously, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
4.3 Demo Account
Nearest Edge provides access to a demo trading environment using virtual funds. Demo account results do not guarantee equivalent results in live trading, as market conditions, slippage, and execution speed may differ.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit required to activate live trading on the Nearest Edge platform is £250 (or currency equivalent). This represents your trading capital, not a fee.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods
Nearest Edge accepts deposits via debit card, credit card (where permitted), and bank transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits may be accepted subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Funds are returned via the same method used for the original deposit where possible. Nearest Edge does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.4 Verification Requirements
Nearest Edge reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is required under applicable AML regulations and is not discretionary. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
Important: Nearest Edge will never ask you to send funds directly to an individual or via an unofficial payment channel. If you receive such a request, please contact our support team immediately as this may indicate fraudulent activity.
6. Fees & Charges
Registration with Nearest Edge is free. The platform does not charge subscription fees for standard account access. However, the following charges may apply:
- Spread: A spread may be applied to trades executed through Nearest Edge's broker partners. This is the difference between the buy and sell price of an asset.
- Overnight financing: Positions held open overnight may be subject to swap or rollover charges applied by the underlying broker.
- Inactivity fee: Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity charge. We will notify you before any such charge is applied.
Current fee schedules are available in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice to registered users.
7. User Obligations

- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in contravention of applicable financial regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, server, or database
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software

- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or financial circumstances
- Engage in market manipulation or any form of fraudulent trading activity
- Use the platform on behalf of a third party without proper authorisation

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
8. Risk Disclosure
Please read this section carefully before using the Nearest Edge platform.
Trading financial instruments — including cryptocurrencies, forex, and derivatives — carries a high level of risk. You should be aware of the following before proceeding:
- The value of investments can fall as well as rise. You may receive back less than your initial deposit.
- Past performance of the Nearest Edge AI algorithm is not a reliable indicator of future results.
- Automated trading does not eliminate risk — it may reduce some forms of human error but introduces its own technical and algorithmic risks.
- Leverage, where used, magnifies both potential profits and potential losses.
- Cryptocurrency markets are particularly volatile and operate 24/7 without circuit breakers.
- Market conditions may change rapidly and unexpectedly, including due to geopolitical events, regulatory changes, or technological failures.
- You should never invest funds that you cannot afford to lose.
Nearest Edge does not guarantee any level of return or profit. If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation, we strongly recommend seeking independent financial advice from a qualified professional before proceeding.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nearest Edge platform — including but not limited to the AI algorithm, software, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and educational materials — is the exclusive property of Nearest Edge Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Nearest Edge platform without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nearest Edge Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses incurred through use of the Nearest Edge platform
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or data breaches caused by third parties
- Losses resulting from your failure to follow platform guidelines or risk management recommendations
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.
11. Account Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may close your Nearest Edge account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. We will process account closure requests within 5 business days.
11.2 Termination by Nearest Edge
Nearest Edge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a regulatory or compliance risk. In cases of serious misconduct, we may withhold funds pending investigation.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Nearest Edge platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue to apply.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any dispute informally. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If you are a UK consumer and have a complaint that we have not resolved satisfactorily, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service or another relevant alternative dispute resolution body.
13. Changes to These Terms
Nearest Edge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Nearest Edge platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
